Memory was admitted to partnership in January 2019. She is a registered Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Courts of Zimbabwe and has been registered as such since 2013. in addition, she has four years legal experience from the United Kingdom and Ireland. She is a pleasant pro-active lawyer with interest in business management and leadership. She is looking to become a leading and influential corporate lawyer with global recognition. She currently works in the Litigation and Corporate and Commercial departments. Her practice experience includes representing clients in the Superior Courts of Zimbabwe in Corporate and Commercial disputes as well as representing clients in commercial arbitration proceedings. Some disputes she has worked on encompass Business Law, Trusts and Investments, Insolvency and Business Formation and Business Rescue.

Some of her notable clients have been banking institutions, mining houses and within the manufacturing industry. Her commercial and corporate law experience include conducting legal due diligence, filling regulatory approval applications with the sectoral regulators, advising on business transactions as well as provide in depth regulatory and compliance advise to the business world and investors. In the course of advising business transactions, she has worked with multi-jurisdiction teams, giving local specialist advise in various transactions.

In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, she is also a member of the international Bar Association and remains a member in good standing in both organisations. Her affiliations in both organisations allows her to remain abreast in all the latest trends in the legal market place.
